HMV launch next gen store in Dudley

HMV will this week launch a ‘next generation store’ in Dudley. For those wondering what a ‘next generation store’ is, well, it means a store where “for the first time, physical will come together with digital to create a compelling multi-channel social shopping space and experience”.
Which is great news. I love multi-channel social experiences. They are my very favourite kind of experience. Hard-Fi will open the store, and then play live, an in-store gig that is due to be webcast on www.hmv.com.
