Justin Timberlake and wife suing Heat mag

Justin Timberlake and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, have each filed separate defamation claims against semi-‘glossy’ celeb mag Heat, according to various Irish newspapers.
Or rather their lawyer, Paul Tweed, has, lodging proceedings in the pair’s name(s) in the Dublin High Court. Timberlake and Biel’s claims concern an article published in the Bauer-owned British gossip mag (so, not the South African version of Heat, just in case you wondered) last month which featured photos and a quote credited to Biel.
Other specifics of the libel claims are not currently clear, though the couple have seemingly decided to sue through the Dublin rather than London courts because “this route would likely be the most expedient”, Tweed told The Journal.
“Our objective is to get them vindicated as quickly as possible”, he added, though he conceded that the case wasn’t likely to be heard until after summer 2015 if it does, indeed, get to court.
