The Youngbloodz sue SonyBMG
By CMU Editorial | Published on Friday 30 March 2007
US Rap duo The Youngbloodz have filed a $50 million lawsuit against SonyBMG claiming the major has failed to pay them royalties they are due.
The duo signed to the major via the Arista imprint La Face, and have released three original albums and a greatest hits collection with the major.
The disputed royalties seem to stem primarily from digital sales of their music. SonyBMG is yet to comment on the litigation.
