ACM announce new facility
By CMU Editorial | Published on Tuesday 8 June 2010
The Academy Of Contemporary Music in Guildford has announced it will open a new facility in September to be called the Artist Development Centre. The three floor complex will house a demo theatre, new recording studios, classrooms, audition lounge, library and the rather bizarre sounding ‘creativity centre’. The building will also be home to the team heading up ACM’s international expansion.
Commenting on the facility, which will be up and running in time for the new academic year in September, the college’s Business Development Director, Jon Rashbrook, told CMU: “The Artist Development Centre is the latest example of ACM combining the wealth of our internal talent with the strength of our external partnerships, in order to produce yet another state of the art facility”.
