Aphex Twin

BLIMP INCOMING. BLIMP INCOMING.

Well then, Aphex Blimp… I mean, Aphex Twin, has shed a tiny chink of light on what was going on with the mystery logo-bearing blimps seen flying over London at the weekend.

And basically, as I think we all had a feeling was the case, the blimps (and this strange ‘marking’ on a plate of hot sauce) were conveying the fact that Aphex Twin, aka Richard D James, is going to release an LP soon, whose title is now known to be ‘Syro’.

The ‘news’ was relayed through a website accessible only via deep web browser Tor, with the AT Twitter carrying a link only accessible to those that have it.

For those that don’t, this is an accessible link, though on there the title and tracklist are removed, which isn’t really much use. Pitchfork has a screengrab of all the details though, here.

Or, if you just want to stick around here, and barring the distinctly possible possibility that all this is one big joke, this is the apparent tracklist in a more readable and compact format:

XMAS_EVET10 (thanaton3 mix)
