Forcing together elements of various genres from across punk, metal and electronic music, CLT DRP return with another exhilarating new single, ‘Torx’.

A little over a year on from the release of their debut album ‘Without The Eyes’, the band made a brash comeback with new single ‘Ownership’ and a cover of Dolly Parton’s ‘Why’d You Come In Here Looking Like That’ in November last year. Out last week, ‘Torx’ completes their new EP and whets the appetite for more to come.

“’Torx’ is a hard-hitting non-stop racket”, says vocalist Annie Dorrett. “It was a stream of consciousness that stemmed from a very tired and frustrating day where I couldn’t get my oven fixed in my flat because I didn’t have the right screwdriver and I was dealing with a sort of post-break-up rant about somebody that caused me a lot of grief. It’s one of my favourites to play live now”.

Speaking of playing live, the band are on tour right now, with a show at Redrum in Stafford tonight. The run of shows will conclude in London with a performance at Signature Brew on 17 Feb.
