Now thrice-approved punk judiciaries Parquet Courts are releasing an EP titled ‘Tally All The Things That You Broke’ on this date: 7 Oct.
Prefacing it today is the first-listed of its five tracks, ‘You’ve Got Me Wonderin Now’, which is every bit as great – warm, natty and laconic – as anything on the band’s debut LP ‘Light Up Gold’, if not greater, since it features extra ‘wind’ (in this case slang for ‘a recorder’). Parquet Courts are playing a free-entry set at London’s Old Blue Last this eve, ‘free entry’ being slang for ‘get there early else you won’t get in’.
