Approved: Seeräuber Jenny’s Avalanche diorama
By Andy Malt | Published on Wednesday 16 February 2011
Have we told you how much we like Seeräuber Jenny? Yes, yes we have. And I’m going to do it again: We really like Seeräuber Jenny. A lot. I hope you’re paying attention. Well, good. You shall be rewarded with something fun. You all like making stuff, right? Everyone likes making stuff. Especially Fran Barker, she of the aforementioned Seeräuber Jenny. She’s created a diorama to accompany the release of their new single, ‘Avalanche’.
Using only some cardboard and maybe some glue, you too can create this woodland scene. Not only that, but once you’ve done so, if you send a picture of yourself and your completed hard work to diorama@seerauberjenny.com, you will be entered into a competition to win a signed single, two tickets to a gig of your choice on the band’s upcoming tour in March, and some other stuff (I don’t know what, it’ll depend on the size of the Jiffy bag, I guess).
For further information on this, I hand you over to Fran Barker herself, doing her best ‘Blue Peter’ presenter impression, with help from, oh I don’t know, a bear or something.
