BBC celebrates 40th anniversary of Old Grey Whistle Test

The BBC will mark the 40th anniversary of ‘The Old Grey Whistle Test’ this autumn with a new sixteen-part radio series hosted by the legend himself, Mr Bob Harris. Archive performances from the 1970s/1980s music programme will be played along with interviews from some of the artists that appeared on the original show. It all kicks off on Radio 2 next week.
