Choice Music shortlist announced

The short list for the Choice Music Prize – the Irish Mercury-style award judged by a panel of media professionals – has been announced. The judges will meet and select the winning act at the Choice Music Prize’s live event to be held in Dublin on 4 Mar.
The short list for the 2008 prize is as follows:
