Clock ticking on Britney Spears release

Time is ticking on a new ‘thing’ by Britney Spears. It might conceivably be a new single, or perhaps details of Spears’ mythical eighth LP. Whatever the thing is, the star has been teasing it via her site, which at present features a ‘Death Clock’-style stopwatch and the phrase “ALL EYES ON ME”.
Fans will get to lay eyes/ears on the thing when Brit reveals it in 27 days, give or take a minute. In the meantime, The Sun claims she’s headed to the Lake District with hitmaker Naughty Boy to… well, make hits and, if she’s anything like Tim Key: hike, eat sheep and admire pencils in glass cases.
