CMU Insights marketing seminars and music rights masterclass

We are now half way through the CMU Insights autumn training programme, with another seminar series and another masterclass still to come.

The ‘Music Marketing & Fan Engagement’ seminars kick off next Monday evening. The first session talks through the modern music marketing toolkit, explaining the tools and tactics the music industry employs to market its artists, releases and shows. There are then standalone seminars looking in more detail at social/digital channels and music PR.

The marketing seminars take place over three Monday evenings at the London HQ of Lewis Silkin, kicking off on 14 Oct. Book into individual sessions or the full series here.

The ‘Key Developments In Music Rights’ masterclass on 6 Nov is our in depth overview of all the important things that have happened in music copyright over the last year. It includes updates on the European Copyright Directive and Music Modernization Act, plus a review of anti-piracy work and the big lawsuits on plagiarism and reversion rights.
