Communion partners with Xfm to release live EPs

Communion Records is to release a series of live, digital-only ‘New Faces’ EPs in partnership with Xfm, all featuring artists with links to the station, the label, Communion’s weekly Xfm show – which began airing earlier this year – and/or all three.
The first EP, featuring four tracks by Communion-signed band Story Books taped live at Xfm HQ, had a digital release yesterday via iTunes. They’ll also play live alongside fellow Communion acts Nick Mulvey, Catfish And The Bottlemen and Joe Banfi, with Xfm DJ John Kennedy as MC, at London’s Barfly tonight.
