David Crosby delays solo shows following heart operation
By Aly Barchi | Published on Wednesday 19 February 2014
David Crosby has postponed the forthcoming last part of his solo tour after having heart surgery “at the urging of his doctor”.
According to his official site, Crosby was found to have a blocked artery that might, if not treated, lead to a heart attack, and so underwent surgery on Valentines Day.
David says: “I am very glad that I listened to my doctors and my family. It seems I am once again a very lucky man. I’m sorry to have to move the dates, but I promise the music will be good when we do play them”.
The tour, which was supposed to carry on this month in support of Crosby’s solo LP ‘Croz’, will now do so in March.
