Surprise! Rap rebel set Death Grips likely delighted their new-ish label, Universal’s Capitol/Harvest, yesterday by releasing a free LP on the sly, on the internet. Its title is ‘Government Plates’, and all its eleven featured tracks are available, entirely free as a bird, via this link.
