Faith No More perform with former frontman
By CMU Editorial | Published on Friday 16 April 2010
Faith No More performed with former vocalist Chuck Mosely at a gig in San Francisco on Wednesday night. Mosely joined the band for two encores, the first time he has performed with them since 1988.
The fourth vocalist to front Faith No More, replacing Courtney Love in 1984 and appearing on the band’s first two albums, ‘Introduce Yourself’ and ‘We Care A Lot’, Mosely was fired in 1988 and replaced by Mike Patton.
At the Warfield Theater on Wednesday, he appeared on stage to sing four songs from those first two albums: ‘As The Worm Turns’, ‘Crab Song’, ‘We Care A Lot’ and ‘Mark Bowen’. He then rejoined them again to duet with Mike Patton on the final song of the band’s second encore, ‘Introduce Yourself’.
