BRANCHAGE FILM FESTIVAL, Various Venues, Jersey, 22-25 Sep: Taking place in Jersey’s illustrious national Opera House, as well as in assorted parish halls, barns and venues across the island, this film fest will have plenty of music-based entertainment too, including movies soundtracked by the likes of Rob Da Bank, post-electronica outfit Teeth Of The Sea, virtuoso cellist Gerard Le Feuvre, and songwriter and harpist Serafina Steer. There will also be an archive-gleaning Pulp documentary on show, plus a short film about Teeside’s last surviving record shop. www.branchagefestival.com
