Former Great Escape director to lead global marketing at Music Glue

Direct-to-fan company Music Glue has announced three new appointments as it ramps up its sales and marketing efforts worldwide.

Kat Morris, formerly Director of showcase festival The Great Escape, joins the firm in the new role of Global Marketing Director, with the remit of “elevating and cementing” the Music Glue brand. Jon Chapman, who has worked at various majors and in artist management, joins as UK Head Of A&R, while Brian Pacris becomes US Head Of Sales & Marketing.

Confirming the new recruits, Music Glue CEO Mark Meharry told reporters: “At Music Glue we firmly believe in an ‘artist-centric’ future whereby those providing the most value, derive the most value. Adding people to our team of this calibre is a genuine compliment that we do not take lightly and further reinforces our resolve to forever improve the lives of artists across the planet”.
