By CMU Editorial | Published on Friday 20 February 2009
Former Radio 1 music programmer and EMI Publishing A&R VP Alex Donelly has been appointed by the Academy Of Contemporary Music to conduct an assessment of skill deficits in the music industry, with a view to identifying how new vocational training courses could be of benefit to the business.
He will talk with employers about where skills are in short supply, and about the possibility of ACM training courses helping music people get those skills.
