Glasgow Independent Label Market launching on Saturday
By Aly Barchi | Published on Thursday 10 October 2013
For anyone not aware, the more often London-based Independent Label Market is moving to a pitch in Scotland this Saturday (12 Oct), landing at Glasgow’s Barras Art & Design Centre for one day only.
With the backing of Association Of Independent Music, the Scottish Music Industry Association and The Vinyl Factory, a host of labels and a couple of indie music stores – including Scottish enterprises like Chemikal Underground, Soma Records and Creeping Ben – will all trade vinyl and suchlike alongside live DJs and bands, a raffle drawn by Edwin Collins, and drinks on tap thanks to Song, By Toad’s ‘Beer v Records’ initiative.
Additional info and a list of all participating labels/shops are available via this link.
