iPhone exec departs Apple

The Apple executive in charge of ‘iPhone engineering’, one Mark Papermaster, has left the IT giant. An Apple spokesman confirmed Papermaster’s departure but didn’t provide an explanation for why he is leaving. That’s led to speculation that the exec has been officially blamed for all the hassle that surrounded the launch of the iPhone 4, and its dodgy antenna.
