Account Manager Full Time
[2 – 5 years experience]

Overview
BUMP are looking for a full time experienced account manager with a passion for fashion & music, focusing on Gen Z fashion and music products. The ideal candidate will have experience across a music and / or fashion portfolio. They will have a knack for coming up with creative marketing strategies and also delivering with a great attention to detail.

The account manager will be responsible for a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing key stakeholder relationships with managing and coaching the BUMP team to deliver client programmes.

Key Activities:
• You will support in the pitching and the winning of new business for the company.
• You will have experience delivering across two of the three services we provide: content, events & insight.
• A proactive, strategic approach, creative input and idea generation will be key to ensuring a high quality service.
• You will be the key contact for clients and you will be focusing on managing and improving existing relationships as well as ensure all client’s needs and expectations are met. You will ensure that our clients’ are presented in the highest manner in marketing campaigns deliver on sales and ROI for our clients.
• You will manage our clients across fashion & music to drive their performance and results across their products.
• You will be the link between our team and the client, communicating between the two to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes:
• Working with the creative team to respond to client briefs and amends.
• Keeping track of aspects of the projects and enforcing deadlines within the team in line with the client’s requirements.
• Understanding client budgets to allocate spend where it will be most effective.
• Monitoring and updating the progress of projects within our CRM and informing progress to your line manager.
• Being present at any on-site activations, being first point of contact for any comments or feedback from the client whilst on-site and communicating that within the team.
• Processing and issuing bills and invoices.

Experience:
• 1+ year experience managing an account in fashion / music
• Passion for music
• Experience with leading customer services at events and content shoots
• Experience managing accounts in creative projects
• Solid project finance and budget management oversight
• Excellent attention to detail
• Brilliantly organised and natural multi-talker
• Has a viewpoint and isn’t afraid to speak up
• Able to recognise opportunities to push clients and do the right thing
• Experience in getting to the root of the business, brand and commercial challenges and being a trusted partner in solving these

This job role includes hybrid working. Our office is located in London, Haggerston.
