Job ad: Domino – Warehouse & D2C Coordinator (London)

Reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Manager and the D2C Operations & Office Manager, the Warehouse & D2C Co-Ordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations in the warehouse as part of our London office, picking and shipping stock orders to our global distributors. You’ll be responsible for processing and maintaining incoming and outgoing stock, checking inventory levels alongside the Production team, as well as packing and shipping D2C customer orders. This is a fulltime position working in a fast-paced and hands-on area of the business, using an acute attention to detail to monitor stock levels across new releases and back catalogue.

Main responsibilities include:
• Pack and ship stock orders to our worldwide distributors.
• Process incoming deliveries of stock.
• Assist with stock control management.
• Conduct regular inventory level checks.
• Pack and ship artist tour stock orders.
• Mail order: process and pack customer orders from Domino Mart.
• Provide support to our mail order customers and general administrative duties for Domino Mart.
• Maintain the physical conditions of the warehouse; keeping it clean and clear for goods-in and ensuring it operates in a safe and orderly fashion.

Requirements:
• Confident with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) and Teams.
• An autonomous self-starter, with an ability to multi-task and work flexibly under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Highly organised and numerate.
• Has good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A passion for independent music and the Domino Records roster.
