• Able to quickly adapt your tone of voice and creative strategies to reflect the accounts you’re working on, and will have an instinctive understanding of what makes social campaigns work.

• Gathering and reporting metrics on campaigns

It goes without saying that you will have in-depth experience of the major social platforms, as well as Photoshop, Google Docs, and the usual software required to work in a busy office.

As a growing agency our team members often work very independently so are expected to be able to manage campaigns under your own steam, but with the support of directors and the rest of the team where needed. This gives you huge creative freedom, and with it significant responsibility. This is the ideal role for someone who has solid experience as a social media assistant or similar to take the next step in their career.

As we expand into new markets and new territories we are looking for somebody who can grow the role as we grow the business. You’ll have significant input into how you work, shaping your role to reflect your passions. In time, and for the right candidate, there may be potential to take a permanent role, and from there scope for rapid promotion.

You will be expected to work autonomously as part of our close-knit team at our shared workspace located in Kings Cross. As we mainly work within live music, you would also be expected to attend the occasional event including festivals.

This is a freelance position; however we offer paid holiday time, sick pay, expenses covered for any event you attend, and are open to flexible working when required. Ideally we are looking for someone able to commit to working with us on a full time basis.

Please note this is a junior role.
