Purpose of the role
The Communications Manager will lead and deliver the company’s external communication strategy, managing corporate website and social media channel activity in line with a rolling communications plan, overseeing media relations and developing the corporate brand. This role will manage internal communications and help develop effective employee engagement tools and reporting.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills
• Previous communications experience within a similar role, and music industry preferred
• Proven success developing and implementing communication plans and strategies
• Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools, online and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
• Highly developed oral and written communication, as well as excellent presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative
• Track record of delivering results to tight deadlines in fast paced, commercial environment
• Team player with ability to communicate across organisation and with wide range of stakeholders
• Aligned with our company vision, mission and values Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver external communications plan with rolling calendar of activity across channels
• Coordinate, update and develop corporate website content across multiple languages
• Manage corporate social media channels, driving content strategy in line with communications plan
• Maintain media relations, drafting and issuing press releases and managing press contact list
• Oversee communications with strategic partners in liaison with Business Development function
• Develop, plan, implement and monitor the company’s internal communication strategy and approach
• Manage internal communications including employee newsletter, intranet and management memos
• Contribute to adoption of effective employee engagement tools in liaison with HR function
• Represent and develop corporate brand, communicating vision, mission and values to stakeholders
• Track, measure, analyse and deliver reports on internal and external communications efforts

The Team
This is a standalone role that reports into the Head of HR, working closely with the Business Development,
Marketing and E-Commerce teams.

Place of Work and Hours
• This role is based in our Central London office (42 Wigmore Street, London W1U 2RY).
• We currently offer hybrid working in this role as part of our COVID-19 measures (2 days in the office with the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week)
• Core hours are 10.00 – 16.00, working a total of 37.5 hours per week. Start, finish and lunch times can be flexed in agreement with your Manager.
