For the last 100 years, Help Musicians, has been passionate about creating a world where musicians thrive. Through an integrated programme combining Health and Welfare and Creative Programme funding opportunities, our support empowers musicians across all genres and throughout all stages of their lives. Our centenary year in 2021 provides us with an opportunity to engage more musicians than ever before.

As Creative Programme Officer, you will play a key role in the innovation and delivery of our impactful programmes for musicians, ensuring we can continue to make a meaningful difference to the lives and careers of musicians for the next 100 years and beyond.

You’ll bring exceptional project management and interpersonal skills to this varied role, supporting the delivery of grant-funding programmes and development opportunities for musicians, coordinating all activity from planning through to evaluation. Possessing an understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing musicians in the 21st century, you’ll use your music industry knowledge and insights to contribute to the development of our Programme.

A keen attention to detail and a basic level of financial understanding is essential. You will be monitoring project reports ensuring grants are used for the agreed purpose. Managing complex quantitative and qualitative data, you will use your strong analytical skills to compile key reports, case studies and digital storytelling content for the charity.

You’ll be passionate about music and making a difference, with opportunities to advocate for the work of Help Musicians at a variety of industry events.
