Remote (within commuting distance from London) £23,000 – £25,000 pa dependent on experience

Isobel Griffiths Ltd is the leading orchestra contractor in the UK, booking musicians for major feature films, television programmes, video games, records, commercials, live shows and production music. We are a small, friendly team all working from home.

We are seeking an Accounts / Admin Assistant who will ideally have some experience of Sage Accounts with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work to tight deadlines.

Essential skills:
• Attention to detail
• 100% accuracy in all tasks
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Desirable skills:
• Experience with Sage Accounts

Job Spec:
• Completing and sending out musician’s paperwork via PDF signing platform, PDF Filler.
• Ensuring all paperwork is received back from musicians and is checked and logged on Excel spreadsheets.
• Logging all invoices on Sage and processing daily payment runs.
• Dealing with musicians’ queries and corrections and following up on any missing paperwork. Collating final project costs and sending invoices to clients.
• Ensuring company website is kept up to date.
• Helping the team of Orchestra Contractors (fixers) with ad hoc admin tasks.
• The position is work from home and is available immediately. Some team days from a flexible office space in London may be required on an ad hoc basis and initially for induction/training. This is a crucial role in keeping our office well organised, so successful candidates must be able to take the initiative and have all of the essential skills above.
