Juno is one of the world’s largest online music and equipment stores. We are looking for an experienced music equipment service and support assistant to assist with product testing, customer support and related administration.

Duties include:

• Supporting customers via email and phone
• Testing and diagnosing DJ and studio equipment products
• Liaising with manufacturers to resolve issues, and arrange repairs and replacements
• Assisting customers with collection orders 
• Working with the equipment buying team
• Product research and administration

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a music technology qualification
• Have a deep knowledge of DJ and studio equipment
• Have professional experience of testing music equipment
• Have strong analytical capabilities and excellent attention to detail
• Have strong administrative and organisational skills
• Be able to cope under pressure and work to deadlines
• Be a team player who enjoys working with others
