Job Title: EA to the Chief Executive
Salary Band: £27k to £30k (depending on experience).
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon – Fri). Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, ie evenings and weekends, on occasion is expected.
Location: London / Hybrid. May be based in the LME London office or at home, with regular travel to London required.
Reporting To: Craig Logan, Chief Executive

Summary

We are looking for an EA to support the CEO of Logan Media Entertainment (LME). This is a very busy role that requires someone who has worked within the entertainment industry and therefore, knows and understands the nature of this sector. The role will be extremely varied and will support and respond to the many competing demands of the CEOs own workload.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who combines excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a flexible working approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the necessary resilience to respond to changing priorities. This is a dynamic rolle that requires someone who is happy to go above and beyond the call of duty. In return, you can expect fantastic development opportunities.

The work will include coordinating the CEO’s programme of events and meetings; maintaining relationships with artists and external contacts; and providing administrative support to aid the delivery of strategic and operational priorities. As knowledge of the role grows, it is expected that there will be opportunities to become more involved in delivering some of the CEO’s priorities with minimal supervision.

We expect the successful candidate to have an interest in the entertainment industry as a whole and have previous experience working for a similar organisation.

Main Responsibilities

Relationship Management
• Act as a main point of contact for the Chief Executive.
• Ensure artist relationships are maintained and prioritised.
• Create and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders.

Diary management and scheduling
• Provide extensive calendar management, maintaining the diary, setting up appointments and meetings remotely and face-to-face.
• Deal with correspondence promptly and appropriately, prioritising as appropriate. • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Help to ensure the CEOs time is used effectively, in a way that best supports the LME’s strategic priorities and that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Administration
• Provide 1:1 secretarial support to the CEO, including managing his emails and taking and processing dictation regularly.
• Coordinate logistics for the Chief Executive and other staff as required, including making travel arrangements.

Artist and Project Support
• Provide administrative support to aid the delivery of specific projects and strategic goals with artists.
• Support the CEO in coordinating various artist projects.

Marketing and copywriting
• Provide administrative support to aid the delivery of specific artist projects work and strategic goals. As knowledge of the role grows, it is expected that there will be opportunities to become more involved in delivering some of the CEO’s priorities with minimal supervision.

Events
• Assist with event coordination, logistics, creating schedules, speaking with event personnel.

Person specification

Essential:
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Passion and interest in the music industry.

Desired:
Second language (German/French/Spanish)
Good knowledge of social media (creatively/strategically/mechanically).
