Job Title: Junior Manager
Salary Band: £25k
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon – Fri). Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, ie evenings and weekends, on occasion is expected.
Location: London / Hybrid. May be based in the LME London office or at home, with regular travel to London required.
Reporting To: Rene Renner, Managing Director

We are looking for a Junior Manager to join our team at Logan Media Entertainment (LME), LME is more than just a music management company, we also include record labels, a publishing company and a TV sync division.

Junior Manager duties span many different sides of the business, and we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference within an established music management and grow in their role.

Main responsibilities

• Organising songwriting sessions, travel and running artist / producer diaries. Working with artists on the creative process from song choices, artwork concepts, sourcing video ideas, videographers, photographers and other creative elements.

• You will be involved in digital marketing and social media campaigns, both executing strategy and being resourceful with content. You will need to be familiar with the main platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter), knowing them like the back of your hand, both the in terms of the front end of content creation and posting and the back end mechanics and the data behind them, understanding the potential these platforms represent for a brand / performer / influencer / management company.  

• You will help with the release of music, shaping and driving the process. Including; delivery of artwork, keeping metadata up to date, data input and track pitching.  

Person specification
We are looking for someone who can make the workflow more efficient, with drive and enthusiasm, who thinks outside the box and hangs on. Willing to travel is key as is being able to adapt to the ever changing demands of an industry and the people that shape it. We want someone who is keen to learn about the music industry and eager to grow within it.

Some industry experience is preferable, so you are able to hit the ground running in some areas, but we will offer training and development opportunities in areas you haven’t worked before. It is also desirable if you have a network of industry contacts (managers / labels / producers etc.).

We are looking for someone to bring enthusiasm and passion for music, we are a small but dedicated company with a varied roster of artists and producers.
