Rocket Music Entertainment Group is a music company founded by Elton John, with the core of the business being focused in artist management. It is an international management company offering its artist clients support on a worldwide scale. Rocket combines its London office with integral recording studios available to its artists.

The company employs managers who come from various facets of the music industry, bringing with them an array of experience at major record labels, radio, talent booking and business affairs.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate individual to join the Rocket Music team as Digital Manager. You will be responsible for creating, developing and managing our visual assets and content, working across our artist roster, both signed and in development. You should be proactive, full of ideas and genuinely thrive on being part of the team and delivering results.

Key responsibilities

Social media
• Creation and delivery of Social Media Strategy;
• Develop and grow fanbase and fan engagement;
• Develop and create Social Media Content;
• Competitor analysis, research and recommendation;
• Pro-actively work with Artist Managers to ensure that all Social Media opportunities are exploited and continually develop.

Digital space platform relations
• Work closely with all our DSP partners, and continue to build and maintain relationships with these partners;
• A good understanding of all digital space platforms;
• Assist with creating a Digital Strategy around each platform.

Content creation
• Must have existing relationships with Creatives in the field that produce content;
• Must have basic knowledge and skills on how to design and create basic content.

Digital landscape
• Must have an awareness of developments in the digital space;
• Pro-actively update and educate our Artist Managers on latest developments, to ensure thatopportunities are exploited and continually develop for the Artists they manage.

Digital marketing
Must have basic knowledge of best practice with digital spend across Socials and DSPs.
