Promoting thousands of events each year gives us a dominant position in the entertainment industry as a market-leading boutique agency and we are looking for a Campaign Executive to join the team Digital team, where the role will be specialising in Social and Google activations in the Live Entertainment sector – specifically touring and festivals.

The successful candidate will need to be a natural communicator, thorough, reliable, able to work at pace, have a gift for organisation, attention to detail and effective time management. The role is fast paced and people-centric and we are looking for somebody has strong communication and analytical skills and who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients and media contacts.


Campaign Executive Responsibilities:
• Supporting the business through effective implementation of social media and google campaigns for a variety of clients across the entertainment market.
• Creating, implementing and advising on optimisations of media campaigns across all social and google platforms
• Monitoring, analysing and understanding how effective campaigns perform, be able to communicate that to clients
• Report in real-time and at the end of campaigns with constructive narrative on performance breakdown and supplement with stats
• Use your own initiative in coming up with the best means of targeting for Social and Google campaigns
• Supporting campaign manager and the wider team on activation of campaigns, optimisations and reporting
• May need to set up social activity out of hours very occasionally.
• Keeping clients updated with campaign delivery, performance and issues before the requests for this are made
• Attending client and media owner meetings when specified.
• Creating, updating, amending and ensuring all booking schedules on our internal systems match what has been booked by clients, and also reflect what has delivered for billing purposes.
• Campaign billing reconciliation on spends and budgets – attention to detail is key
• Ensuring campaigns deliver on time, or are extended and optimised where need be and ensuring any billing issues are dealt with promptly.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have agency grounding in social, search and digital display campaigns, though not all are essential
• Preferably have experience in the following: Paid social activity, including some or all of the following: Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok or Snapchat
•  Preferably have experience in setting up campaigns within Google Adwords including some or all of the following: Paid Search/Google Display Network/Youtube
• Be confident and capable to manage yourself and work independently and as part of a team
• Have agency grounding in social, search and digital display campaigns Have the ability to think on your feet and juggle conflicting priorities
• Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the media landscape including digital desirable
• Be a team player and willing to share responsibility for the occasional out of hours campaign set ups or alterations if there are issues
