We looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join the digital team where the role will be specialising in live entertainment – specifically touring and festivals. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the day-to-day planning, implementation, optimisation, management and reporting of integrated digital media campaigns, with a focus on biddable media (social, search, video, programmatic) working closely with the team on delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities and skills for the Digital Campaign Manager:

• Leading Digital Media campaigns for key clients from planning, to implementation and reporting
• Implementation and Execution of all digital marketing and paid social media advertising and strategy for growth and engagement, ensuring KPIs and campaign objectives are met
• Analyse performance metrics and proactively optimize campaigns to increase performance and be able to advise clients on optimisations
• Identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies
• Bring new ideas and ways of developing our social media accounts
• Manage campaign calendar, trafficking assets, screenshots, billing and related pre/post launch processes
• Ensure all work submitted is to the highest of standards with an exceptional level of attention to details
• Take full ownership of your projects, deal proactively with queries without delay to timelines, presenting solutions and adding value at all levels
• Provide excellent campaign management by proactively advising clients on media strategies, developing clear briefs that inspire media solutions that deliver results
• Report in real-time and at the end of campaigns with constructive narrative on performance breakdown and supplement with stats
• Use your own initiative in coming up with the best means of targeting for Social and Google campaigns
• Prepare campaign proposals, identifying clear deliverables, accurate budgets, realistic timelines, with ROI measurement criteria
• Attend client meetings or conference calls to take new campaign briefs and report on campaign results or new media offerings

The right candidate will have:

• Experience in the Digital Media space and have an agency grounding in social, search and digital display campaigns across paid platforms, with specific capabilities in setting up infrastructure to support such activities
• Hands on experience of platforms such as Facebook ads, Google ads, Twitter ads, Tik Tok etc
• Have an understanding of ad serving and trafficking, in particularly Sizmek, and be able to produce tracked links for conversion tracking and also traffic ads for campaigns.
• Have in depth experience in strategic planning and implementation of digital campaigns of ranging budgets to include; socials, programmatic, direct media, mobile, native and any innovative formats
• Stay abreast and have an in-depth knowledge of the online market and media owners including; Socials, Programmatic, Mobile, Search, Native, High impact, direct media buys for planning purposes and in order to update the wider company/team and clients
• You must have a good work ethic and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines given the fast faced environment of live ents
• A self-starter with a can-do positive attitude
• Be comfortable presenting to clients
• Be a team player and willing to share responsibility for the occasional out of hours campaign set ups or alterations if there are issues
• At least 3+ years of digital media/marketing experience within an agency
