Introduction
The Music Federation Live is a London-based music promoter supplying live entertainment across the city and the UK. Giving the opportunity to gig-goers to catch their favourite artists both emerging and established
‘We create joyful moments for our music family of fans to experience live performances from artists they are passionate about, in a welcoming environment’
Our core business is concert promotions, we run several branded nights such as Abbie McCarthy’s Good Karma Club, 2000trees Presents, George Godfrey’s Alt Disco, Wild Paths Festivals New Breed and Bluetone.

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and forward-thinking promoter to programme tours at The Music Federation Live. The role will play a key part in our commitment to delivering the very best live entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote, book and curate tours
• Liaise with CEO on monthly projections and live activity including assembly of whole-business and individual tour P&Ls
• Building a touring circuit for our branded nights, members, partners and performers
• Working closely with the Head of Promotions to create a marketing strategy to increase ticket sales
• Responsible for the successful execution of all touring activity under TMF Live
• Develop and build a roster of touring acts
• Lias with venues, tour managers, agents, ticketing partners
• Negotiating fees and performance contracts

Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience as a promoter
• Able to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends where necessary
• Passionate about gigs, clubs and live entertainment
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to work to deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills and an eye for detail
• Pre-existing contacts with venues, managers, booking agents and performers
• Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop and Video
editing software
