Kings Of Leon accept Glee creator’s apology
By CMU Editorial | Published on Tuesday 19 April 2011
Oh, well, this it no fun whatsoever. If it wasn’t bad enough that ‘Glee’ creator Ryan Murphy apologised for calling Kings Of Leon “self-centred assholes” for not allowing their music to be used on his show, now the band have only gone and accepted that apology.
Frontman Caleb Followill told Rolling Stone: “I’m glad he said something. We don’t hold grudges”.
Don’t worry though, there’s still beef. Drummer Nathan Followill added: “I’ll just be glad when I can check my Google alerts and don’t have to read anything about us and ‘Glee’. That’ll be a wonderful feeling”.
Yeah! Nathan, if you’re reading, this one’s for you.
