Lana Del Rey has been forced to cancel upcoming European tour dates due to ill-health. That includes shows in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham.
In a short statement, she told fans that she had lost her singing voice as a result of recent illness, and that doctors had recommended she take four weeks off to recover.
Said statement read: “Sorry to let everyone down so last minute but this illness has taken me by surprise and have totally lost my singing voice. Doctor has advised four weeks off for the moment. I hate to let everyone down but I need to get well. Love Lana”.
The European tour was due to kick off in Amsterdam tonight and would have concluded in Cologne on 3 Mar.
