Mel B sued by non-pap estate agent

Mel B is reportedly facing a $1.5 million lawsuit from an American estate agent who claims the former Spice Girl, her husband Stephen Belafonte and a third man named Amin Zahedi attacked him after mistaking him for a paparazzo last December.
According to TMZ, Amado Aguirre claims he was sitting in his car near Mel B’s LA home taking photos of a neighbouring property, which he was valuing, when he was approached by the trio of defendants. They allegedly physically attacked him after mistaking Aguirre for a member of the pap pack.
I’m not entirely sure how violent the attack was, by Aguirre is claiming he suffered neck injuries and a broken hand in the incident, and is now suing for $35,000 in medical costs, $100,000 in lost earnings, and an additional $1,350,000 in other damages. Nice.
Mel B’s people are yet to respond to the lawsuit.
