Part of the Live Nation Entertainment group, VIP Nation (Europe) provides VIP package solutions to tours, festivals and special events. For fifteen years it has been servicing artists and fans, creating unforgettable experiences in more than thirty countries.

Reporting to the SVP of VIP Nation, this is a senior role directly responsible for the acquisition of new business. This role requires an outgoing and relationship focused self-starter. You’ll be forging and cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients across the live entertainment industry.

With a focus on music, you’ll develop a network of industry contacts ranging from artist managers, agents, and promoters to other rights-holders. You’ll promote our services and propose and negotiate offers, securing VIP rights on tours, festivals and other relevant entertainment events.

What you’ll do

• You’ll focus on delivering new business to VIP Nation through regular contact and meetings with potential and existing clients.

• You’ll proactively identify, develop, support and maximise revenue opportunities from new and existing clients, and generally provide high levels of support to clients through the introduction, implementation, negotiation and execution of rights.

• You’ll be able to demonstrate how our services address client’s needs and recommend suitable solutions, taking conversations from initial pitch and negotiation through to handing over to internal teams to implement the solutions and rights.

• You’ll need to attend live events, conferences, showcases and festivals and undertake regular client meetings to develop your network of industry contacts. You’ll need to track all of your activity and ensure it meets business targets.

• Working with the VIP Nation team, you’ll prepare competitive proposals, including related presentation materials and budgets, for both internal and external business.


• Extensive experience and knowledge of the music industry with an emphasis on client management and sales

• An established profile with managers, agents, promoters and possess a high degree of credibility and influence internally and externally

• Ideally you’ll be familiar with the European markets

• You’ll be creating many of your own pitches so you must be fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.

You’ll be a natural and creative negotiator.
