Neil Fox accused of further sex offences
By Andy Malt | Published on Monday 5 October 2015
Former radio DJ Neil Fox appeared in court last week charged with further sex offences. The six counts of indecent assault are alleged to have taken place against three girls under the age of sixteen between 1987 and 1988.
A further hearing is due to take place tomorrow to decide if these new charges should be considered at trial. The presenter is already due to go on trial on 5 Nov on charges of seven counts of indecent assault and two of sexual touching without consent.
Fox was bailed until tomorrow’s hearing on the condition he does not contact his accusers.
