NERD preview ode to SpongeBob

So, as was confirmed by a flash appearance at Odd Future’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival back in November, Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley’s long-silent alliance NERD is active again.
All the band have to show for it so far is… three tracks ‘inspired’ by SpongeBob SquarePants, titled ‘Squeeze Me’, ‘Patrick Star’ and ‘Sandy Squirrel’. They’ll all feature on the forthcoming film not based on SpongeBob’s not-real life, ‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water’, with NERD man Hugo identifying their vibe as “a psychedelic, otherworldy type of thing”.
Ahead of the big ‘SpongeBob’ premiere in early Feb, stream ‘Squeeze Me’ now via Spotify.
