Nicki Minaj drops Diddy
By CMU Editorial | Published on Wednesday 18 May 2011
Rapper Nicki Minaj has dropped Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and James Cruz as her co-managers, according to XXL.
The hip hop magazine’s website reports that she has now hired Gee Roberson and Kyambo ‘Hip Hop’ Joshua from the Hip-Hop Since 1978 management company.
A source told XXL that Minaj was unhappy that Combs was not as hands-on in the development of her career as she had been led to believe he would be.
