Ninja Tune signs Romare

Ninja Tune has announced the signing of young London producer Romare.
Taking his alias from collage artist Romare Bearden, whose technique he re-contextualises in his own music, Romare has to date put out a couple of vinyl EPs on the Black Acre label: 2012’s Meditations On Afrocentrism’ and 2013’s ‘Love Songs: Part One’.
A newer track, ‘Jimmy’, which first appeared via this guest mix for BBC Radio 1’s Benji B, is available free here:
