Rotterdam city council has voted down a motion barring Madonna from performing at next year’s Eurovision Song Contest. As far as we know, Madonna has no plans to perform at the 2020 edition of Eurovision anyway, and the Contest might not even happen in Rotterdam. Five Dutch cities are currently bidding to host the big show after the Netherlands won Eurovision 2019.
