Orbital to reunite for Rock Ness
By CMU Editorial | Published on Wednesday 28 January 2009
Rock Ness have announced that Orbital are to reform for an appearance at the Scottish festival this summer.
Organisers say the duo are set to headline the event, which takes place from 12 – 14 Jun, alongside The Prodigy, Biffy Clyro, Dizzee Rascal and Basement Jaxx. Orbital’s live set will coincide with the twentieth anniversary of the release of their debut single ‘Chime’.
Jim King, the festival’s director, says this: “Orbital are legends and they are a great addition to the RockNess Saturday night line up. Listening to tracks like ‘Chime’ and ‘Belfast’ in such a dramatic setting is going to be a highlight of the weekend”.
