Paloma Faith to re-play Barbican ‘big band’ date

Paloma Faith will on 24 Oct stage a reprisal of a collaborative show she did with the 42-man Guy Barker Orchestra in 2010. A la that performance, Faith et al will appear at the Barbican in London, playing strings-and-wind-and-brass-based takes on her past singles and LPs, not least last year’s ‘Fall To Grace’, plus new arrangements of classic jazz ballads.
Says she: “I’m so excited to be performing with Guy again and looking forward to putting a new spin on the songs with the new orchestral arrangements”.
