Peter Gordon and Factory Floor collaborate

Auteur-of-alt Peter Gordon is to release a double a-side twelve-inch with DFA-signees Factory Floor.
The collaboration began when Factory Floor’s Nik Colk emailed Gordon to say that she loved his one-time band Love Of Life Orchestra’s 1982 track ‘Condo’.
She added: “It completely catches my personality and when I feel disillusioned or need comfort, I always put this on, and it makes me feel good and strong… I will stop gushing now! Thank you!”
Gordon, apparently, reciprocated her admiration, and the ‘fruits’ of his and FF’s love-in are two tracks titled ‘Beachcombing’ and ‘C Side’. They’ll be released via Optimo Music on 8 Apr, and are available to play now via SoundCloud and The Quietus:
