Pharrell, Solange, Gaga and Billie Joe all on the new Lonely Island LP

As on past LPs, frat-rap pastichists The Lonely Island have packed a meat market of A-list participants into their wack new album, ‘The Wack Album’. The sequel to 2011’s ‘Turtleneck & Chain’ and 2009’s incredibadly-titled ‘Incredibad’, it’ll feature Billie Joe Armstrong, Pharrell Williams, T-Pain and Solange.
And Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar and Adam Levine.
And James Franco and Zack Galifianakis, who appear at the start of TLI’s new vid ‘Spring Break Anthem’.
Which is the first such thing to be released via an initiative The Lonely Island are billing as ‘Wack Wednesdays’, whereby they’ll share a new ‘Wack Album’ visual via YouTube every Wednesday. Well, it makes sense.
