Scott Weiland to publish autobiography

Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland has announced that he will publish his autobiography next year. Co-written with David Ritz, who has previously collaborated on books with Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, BB King, Aretha Franklin, Etta James and more, it will give an insight into Weiland’s lengthy battle with drugs and alcohol, as well as his time as frontman of Velvet Revolver. Entitled ‘Not Dead & Not For Sale’, it will be published in the US by Simon & Schuster on 8 Mar.
