Sigur Rós to release live album and DVD

Sigur Rós have announced that they will release a live album and DVD, entitled ‘Inni’, featuring their 2008 shows at Alexandra Palace in London.
The DVD was directed by Vincent Morisset, who was behind Arcade Fire’s ‘Miroir Noir’ live film. Filmed on 16mm celluloid at the two performances, Morisset then refilmed the original footage through “prisms and other found objects” to give it a “spare and near-monochromatic” feel. So, there you go.
Both the CD and DVD will come out in November through the band’s own Krunk label.
