Sinead O’Connor to release LP via Nettwerk

Nettwerk Records claims it has signed an international LP deal with the “inimitable” Sinead O’Connor, and who am I to deny that? The LP of which the deal speaks, titled ‘The Vishnu Room’, will be released on 11 Aug. Again, something I will not dispute.
And the press vignette on it reads like so: “Indicative of where Sinead is in life, the album is passionate, and direct, yet with an overarching fragile beauty. As always Sinead’s voice is a weapon, as powerful as it is tender”.
Meanwhile Nettwerk Music Group MD in the UK, Blair McDonald, says this: “Having published Sinead as a songwriter for the last five years, it’s great to now broaden that relationship to the Nettwerk label too. The new recordings are incredible and we’re all very excited to be working on this worldwide release for later this year”.
